Ashley Fleit, LMFT, CST | Relationship & Sex Therapist

Pronouns: She/Her

I am a Licensed Couples and Family Therapist (LMFT) and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. I work with relationships (ex: couples, families, and individuals). My goal is to help clients learn about and feel connected to their authentic selves. My hope is to foster an environment for my clients to learn about themselves and their partners — supporting their connection, intimacy, acceptance, growth, and healing. We will work together to create the therapy sessions that you need. I work with all gender, sexual, romantic and relationship identities. I am sex positive and HAES-aligned.

My approach to therapy is systemic and present focused.  All our systems (families/relationships/communities/society) have an impact on how we interact. I utilize the following theories in our work: The Developmental Model (DM), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt, Attachment Theory, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy, and somatic-based approaches including the Hakomi method.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I was an entrepreneur, and worked in business consulting. I bring a focused energy to our work. Outside of work I enjoy exploring nature my toddler and swimming in Seward Park.

My life was profoundly changed by couples and individual therapy. I feel honored to do this work with you.
